VINYASA YOGA

Wednesday at 7:15 am (45 minutes) 

Vinyasa Yoga with our talented yoga teacher Anna who was teaching yoga for almost 3 years. Anna completed her 200 hr Teacher Training in the Yoga Room, Dublin year 2017, she has since then also completed a Yin Teacher Training and most recently qualified as a Somatic Exercise Coach with Lisa Petersen. Anna believes that yoga is for everyone. Her classes focus on awareness of breath and alignment and encourages mindfulness
