STRONG Pilates with Weights

Let’s slow things down. LOADED means heavy springs, heavy dumbbells & time-under-tension. The goal: growth, gains & getting STRONG. You’ll get UPPER body and core-focused movements. Push, pull, press, row/ride your way through this 45-minute class. Cardio-infused with short, sharp bursts of interval training

-All levels are invited to join

– Ensure that you have grip socks (available to buy at Fianna reception). Socks MUST be worn

– Please ARRIVE 10 MINUTES  EARLIER. NO ENTRY TO THE SESSION AFTER THE START OF THE CLASS
