HIIT and BLASS Session team for only 30 minutes in our Our Outdoor Gym. We are starting from brisk warm-up routine, continuing with an energetic set of exercises and finishing with cool-down routine.
Fitness
Start your Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 7:20 am with our circuit training for 45 min. Get in shape or tone up, whatever you need we got you covered!
Yoga
